 In cardio drumming we use an exercise ball as our drum, we mix in fun moves, great music and it turns into a workout you won't want to stop. Our classes are primarily indoors unless its beautiful!

We have installed 5 dart lanes in order to accommodate our growing league & keep things moving along.

With different days to choose from you can join one of several cooking classes. The atmosphere in light and lively and the delicious food is a bonus! Classes fill quickly so be sure to sign up in September.

With a robust number of members our pool league is thriving. League day is every Tuesday at 10am. We also offer use of our professional billiard tables any other day that the Centre is open.

 Seniors should play pickleball. It promotes physical health, social interaction, and cognitive sharpness. The low impact nature of pickleball makes it suitable for seniors, reducing joint stress while improving balance, coordination and agility.

We are busy getting ready for our opening day and can't wait to welcome new members and catch up with our old members. Registration begins on September 8th as well as our classes. Come to your class and sign up after its over. When you register and pay your membership fees you will be given a ticket to our Welcome Back BBQ which is on September 17th at 11:00am.

Join us on September 22nd at 11:00am at the Twin Stacks golf course. Our tournament is a shot gun start and we will have a buffet dinner at Mr. J's following the tournament. The cost is $55.00 and you can call the Centre to sign up.

Join us for a trip to the Capital October 27th through 29th. We have several options planned from Ottawa Senators game to museum tours to a trip to Casino Lac Lemey. If you are a member and are interested in this tour please email us at:
