 In cardio drumming we use an exercise ball as our drum, we mix in fun moves, great music and it turns into a workout you won't want to stop. Our classes are primarily indoors unless its beautiful!

We have installed 5 dart lanes in order to accommodate our growing league & keep things moving along.

With different days to choose from you can join one of several cooking classes. The atmosphere in light and lively and the delicious food is a bonus! Classes fill quickly so be sure to sign up in September.

With a robust number of members our pool league is thriving. League day is every Tuesday at 10am. We also offer use of our professional billiard tables any other day that the Centre is open.

 Seniors should play pickleball. It promotes physical health, social interaction, and cognitive sharpness. The low impact nature of pickleball makes it suitable for seniors, reducing joint stress while improving balance, coordination and agility.

If you are looking for new to you clothes or accessories in both men and women's assorted sizes please join us at our first trunk sale. All merchandise has been curated by "Jen's Closet".

Join us at our annual meeting where we share how our dedicated committee is striving toward growing our organization. We will announce the winners of the election as well as share a delicious dinner together. 

Our members have family ties to Ukraine and we wanted to support the amazing efforts of the Sudbury Ukrainian Seniors Centre. We are hosting in collaboration with them an evening where you can donate to the cause all well enjoying a traditional Ukrainian meal.
