 In cardio drumming we use an exercise ball as our drum, we mix in fun moves, great music and it turns into a workout you won't want to stop. Our classes are primarily indoors unless its beautiful!

We have installed 5 dart lanes in order to accommodate our growing league & keep things moving along.

With different days to choose from you can join one of several cooking classes. The atmosphere in light and lively and the delicious food is a bonus! Classes fill quickly so be sure to sign up in September.

With a robust number of members our pool league is thriving. League day is every Tuesday at 10am. We also offer use of our professional billiard tables any other day that the Centre is open.

 Seniors should play pickleball. It promotes physical health, social interaction, and cognitive sharpness. The low impact nature of pickleball makes it suitable for seniors, reducing joint stress while improving balance, coordination and agility.

Join us as we ring in the New year with a live DJ, snacks, dancing and charcuterie boards at 11PM.

Members are permitted to bring one non-member guest that must be 50 years or older.

Look what are kitchen crew are cooking up for our Tuesday Lunch Program. Starts October 7th & remember we require you to pre-order the Friday before via phone or in person! 

Our Centre has partnered with this organization to support people going through breast cancer. Our knitters make these prothesis with care and love. Please contact the Centre to be put in touch with the people running this program.

Do all your Christmas baking in one afternoon! Join us at the Centre on December 13th to purchase your holiday treats. This bake sale is cash only.

Members...we welcome you to bring your grandchildren to our annual Breakfast with Santa. The event is free but you must sign up at the front desk to receive your tickets. We ask that only two adults attend with their grandchildren.
