In cardio drumming we use an exercise ball as our drum, we mix in fun moves, great music and it turns into a workout you won't want to stop. Our classes are primarily indoors unless its beautiful!

With different days to choose from you can join one of several cooking classes. The atmosphere in light and lively and the delicious food is a bonus! Classes fill quickly so be sure to sign up in September.

With a robust number of members our pool league is thriving. League day is every Tuesday at 10am. We also offer use of our professional billiard tables any other day that the Centre is open.

Seniors should play pickleball. It promotes physical health, social interaction, and cognitive sharpness. The low impact nature of pickleball makes it suitable for seniors, reducing joint stress while improving balance, coordination and agility.
